They always put my blood sugar levels up too high or I can have only one of them, which makes it too small of a meal. We tried small corn tortillas, whole wheat tortillas, yada yada. So we just decided to put the filling on a salad. It is delicious and filling and keeps my blood sugar level within a good range.
